First-Gen Therapy Navigating Anxiety, Identity Stress, and Life Transitions
I support first-generation teens and young adults navigating anxiety, identity stress, and major life transitions, especially when balancing family expectations, cultural identity, and the pressure of being the first in their family to figure things out. Much of my work is grounded in the lived experiences of first-generation and bilingual individuals who often feel caught between cultures, responsibilities, and who they’re trying to become. We focus on helping you step out of survival mode, understand the patterns shaped by your upbringing and environment, and build emotional stability that lasts.
